HENRY Cox, dated Jan 5th (year unreadable-probably around 1655). Henry Cox Demandeth Four Hundred Acres Assigned to him by Mr. William Eltonhead (ut supra) and two Hundred Acres of Land more for Transporting himself and Paul Busey, Son of Elizabeth his former wife, into this Province Anno 1651. Another document says, "Paul Bucey demands 100 Acres of Land ut supra and 50 more by his Lordship's Instructions Nov 12, 1656 for his time served unto Henry Cox...Warrant to Paul Bucey 150 Acres returned 25th December next.Hugh Busey
