Hash Brown Casserole

1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tb. melted margerine
2 tb. onion flakes
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. sour cream
2. c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes.

Combine first seven ingredients. Add potatoes. Pour into a buttered 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until bubbly and brown.
