Dining Room Hot Fudge Sauce

2 c. sugar
2/3 c. cocoa
6 tb. flour (I use wondra flour)
1 tsp. salt
2 c. whole milk
2 tb. butter or oleo
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Mix dry ingredients. Add milk and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and add salt, butter, and vanilla. DO NOT OVER COOK!
