I See His Glory
by Barbara Philbrook

I see His glory, I see it everyday,
sometimes I see it blatantly, sometimes in just a little way.

I see it in the sunshine lighting up my life,
I see it in the relief that prayers bring from strife.

I see it in the caring given to me by friends,
I see it in the Comforter on whom my strength depends.

It's heard in the songs I hear the birds sing each day,
it's seen in the flowers blooming along life's highway.

I see His glory because I accepted His great love,
offered unconditionally from above.

I see His glory in the smile of a child,
who is yet by life's sinfulness undefiled.

I see His glory as I listen so ravenously,
to the testimony of one older and wiser than me.

I see His glory in strength given in sorrow,
I see it in the hope given for heaven's tomorrow.

I see His glory as the floundering are reached,
I see His glory in sermon's as they are preached.

His glory is there during trials and adversity,
it is what gets me through you see.

Yes, I see His Glory and it is there for all of man to behold,
just seek the truths in the Bible and do as you are told.
