It Does Not
Matter
by
Barbara Philbrook
It does not
matter what appears to be,
because my Heavenly Father provides grace for me.
Severe
depression tries to get me down,
but I know my God is always around.
A bad marriage
is what I have today,
but it just sends me to God to kneel and pray.
If life were
perfect as could be,
would my Heavenly Father mean as much to me?
Would I realize
the strength He provides,
if I were so happy I was bursting inside?
Our finances are
putting us through a test,
but God promises to provide those needs with all the
rest.
I could dwell
daily on negativity,
but that is not what God expects of me.
I shall count my
blessings every day,
and give Him thanks as I kneel to pray.
No matter how
bad things appear to be,
God promises He is always here for me.
