   General Notes:

!William was a constable in 1760. In 1748 he was the Administrator of his father's will. In 1751 he witnessed a land purchase for his brother Thomas. Caroline Co., Virginia Court Records show that William Schooler, father of two soldiers in Continental service was unable to support himself in 1781. The court was of opinion that he be allowed the sum of 70 pounds.
