!LAND:On 28 Sep 1728 Thomas Schooler, Jr. of St. Mary's Parish was deeded 599 acres of land in St. George's Parish in Spotsylvania Co., Virginia. This latter land was on Maple Run in the first fork of the Rappidan river. On 9 Nov 1744 in Caroline Co., Virginia, John Schooler acknowledged his deed of lease and release to Thomas Schooler, on Ware's Creek, St. Mary's Parish, Caroline Co. On 4 Nov 1749 Thomas witnessed the will of Samuel Reeds. On 1 Jun 1750 thomas witnessed a deed between Underwood and Talliaferro and on the same date another deed between Reeds, Underwood, and Talliaferro. In 1751, Thomas Scouler, planter of King George Co., Virginia bought 50 acres in Caroline Co. from Edward West, witnessed by William Schooler. !DEATH:Will dated 3 February 1755 mentions his brothers John Sr. and William, and his children Thomas III, Mary and Esly (Efly). It also states that the land he purchased in Caroline Co., from Richard West, was given to his son, Thomas. He also gives two tracts of land in Caroline Co. to his son Esly, one being a tract he purchased from his brother John. He named his brothers, John and William H. Schooler as executors to his will. On 3 April 1755, the will of Thomas Schooler, deceased was presented in court in King George Co., Virginia.
