Ewan, God has decided that it is time for you to join Him. You suffer no more the physical or emotional pain that the rest of us here still do. To your mother I say, remain strong and pray. For God knows what is best. Although the pain is deep, know that your son is in a better place.

To Samar, hang tough big guy. He is still watching and very much involved in your life. He will always take care and watch out for you. He loved you and if you hold on to that you will make it through this.

Our Father did not put us here to live forever. He only gave us a short time here on Earth. Though it’s hard to accept when it’s one of our own, accept we must, so that we may go on. The healing process is hard, but with God’s help we can all do it. Ask for His guidance and Mercy. Try to move on. My prayers are with you and your family.

Yet again our gracious and loving Father
Has decided to take one home,
“We” felt the timing wasn’t right
We can’t believe he’s gone.

How can this keep happening
To the people whom we hold dear,
We wanted you here a little longer
But He chose to take you there.


Ewan, you will be missed here
Another void that can’t be filled,
We loved you but he loved you more
Your death was definitely His will.

To your mother and brother I pray for you
To overcome your grief and pain,
Call on the Lord to help you out
Don’t be afraid to speak His name.

Know that Ewan is in a better place
Physical pain has come to an end,
He is with Our Father residing in heaven
Where his life has truly begun.
