And help your fellow man,
Even someone that's down and out
Needs a friend and love no doubt.
Help brighten someone day,
You'll be surprised at the joy you feel
Though you think it's no big deal.
It's not much but you've begun,
To make an impact on someone's life
To maybe ease a little strife.
Do it often throughout the year,
A few kind words to start
Anything do your part.
Wipe a nose or dry a tear,
Little faces with big grins
Means you've just made a friend.
Make them feel that they can succeed,
In anything the set out to do
Show them that you'll see them through.
Take the plunge go the extra mile,
Help someone if you dare
With a little kindness show you care.
