True Christians

2 Cor 9:7
7    Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give,
not reluctantly or under compulsion,
for God loves a cheerful giver. (NIV)

The true meaning of this verse is lost sight of through translation.
If we look at the greek text we find the word cheerful is translated
from the word Hilaros..from which we get our word.."Hilarious."
Someone that is hilarious is much more intense than someone that is cheerful.

God loves a hilarious giver.
Nowhere does it say that God loves non sinners or tongue talkers.
In the same respect neither does not sinning
[because we can not, not sin.]
Nor does tongue talking prove the holy spirit in us.
The only thing that proves the workings of the holy spirit, is the way you give.
God gave his son, His son gave his life. If we have the spirit of God,
we develop a giving nature.
Any church is supported by the least righteous 40%
or the ones the church considers the least righteous.
Although quick to show you what the Lord has blessed them with,
the most righteous rarely ever give ungrudgingly, if at all.
The New Testament christians gave it all, everything they had
and considered nothing they recieved belonged to them alone.
The only offering or tithe acceptable to God is one given freely, Ungrudgingly,
and in secret. This is the only proof of the holy spirit in you.
This is the only christian act that satan cannot and will not imitate.

The first thing that comes to the average person's mind is,
"What is the preacher going to do with the money?"
None of our business. In all actuality when we give a tithe
[which belongs to God to begin with]
or an offering, we are giving it to God. It is no longer our concern.
God then gives it to the pastor, what he does with it is between him and God.
For us to question what the preacher is doing with the money
makes us just as guilty as not giving at all.

Gal 6:6
6     Anyone who recieves instruction in the word,
must share all good things with his instructor. (NIV)

Cor 9:3-14
3    This is my defense to those who sit in judgement on me.
4    Don't we have the right to food and drink?
5    Don't we have the right to take a believing wife along with us,
as do the other apostles and the Lord's brothers and Cephas?
6    Or is it only I and Barnabas who must work for a living? [Paul was a tent maker.]
7    Who serves as a soldier at his own expense?
Who plants a vineyard and does not eat of it's grapes?
Who tends a flock and does not drink of the milk?
8    Do I say this merely from a human point of view?
Doesn't the law say the same thing?
9    For it is written in the law of Moses:
"Do not muzzle an ox while it is treading out the grain."
Is it about oxen that God is concerned?
10    Surely he says this for us, doesn't he?
Yes, this is written for us, because when the plowman plows
and the thresher threshes, they ought to do so in the hope
of sharing the harvest.
11    If we have sown spiritual seed among you,
is it too much if we reap a material harvest from you?
12    If others have this right of support from you, shouldn't we have it all the more?
But we did not use this right.
On the contrary, we put up with anything rather than hinder the gospel of Christ.
13    Don't you know that those who work in the temple get their food from the temple,
and those who serve at the altar share in what is offered at the altar?
14    In the same way, the Lord has commanded that those who preach the gospel
should recieve their living from the gospel. (NIV)

God always intended for his ministers to live off the gospel
and I don't mean minumum wage.
A preacher that teaches the word returns a more valuable possesion than silver or gold.
Chances are you will never hear this message in your church,
although many pastors know the truth about giving,
they will never teach it because they know that once they do
they'll be out of a job.
Once this message is taught the amen pew will immediately start a campaign
to get rid of the preacher that teaches this message.
