To my son Richard Chater, the house & land I have in Dallington, now in the tenure of Thomas GYLBERT & for want of heirs of my son Richard, then the same to my son John Chater
To my son William Chater that orchard and garden now in the tenure of John EGLETON & for want of heirs of William I give it to my daughter Elizabeth Chater
To my daughter Marie Chater £20 when 21 years
