Memorandum that I John Cowon of Chappell Brampton in the County of Northampton, Cook, do make this my last will and testament in manner following
Imprimis I bequeath my soul into the hands of my blessed redeemer and my body to the earth
Item to my three children John, Christian and Joane I give three pounds to either of them, 20s to be paid within three years after my decease
All my other goods I do give and bequeath to Joane my beloved wife whom I do make my sole Executrix and my well beloved friends Mr Edward WADE and Mr James FURNACE are my overseers
Acknowledged to be his last will & testament in the presence of John FACER?
