John D'ANVERS of Culworth, Esq by his Indenture 1st Jan in the 44th year of King James Reign, was conveyed to me, William Heycock, the messuage where I now dwell, with the orchard etc & all the pasture ground called "Sewtill" with the meadow called "Sillford", this to go to my executors from the Feast of St Michael the Archangel 1620 for four years score & nineteen years. The said premises for the use of my wife, Elizabeth, & after her death to Peter the one third part in the occupation of Martin.

The rest to wife, my executrix. If she dies before me then I appoint my daughter Elizabeth executrix
