To Mary Grytton my only daughter my cottage house in Woodford. If she dies before marriage, my father in law Robert WARD & my mother [sic]Mary Ward of Wappenham, shall have my cottage in Woodford for the time of their natural lives & "after their natural lives here on earth are ended", Mary GYBBES daughter of John Gybbes of West Farndon in the parish of Woodford, yeoman to have the above cottage etc.
My father & mother abovesaid shall have the use of all my brass etc
If my daughter Mary Grytton die without issue, then after the death of my said father & mother, Ann Gybbes, daughter of John Gybbes abovesaid shall have my best brass pot etc., & Alce [Alice] Gybbes daughter of John Gybbes abovenamed to have my best brass pan
The rest of my brass & pewter etc to the children of Annis WHODHILL of Barford Co Warwick & to Amy KING of Woodford & Gyllian Gybbes of West Farndon to be divided
To the church of Woodford 2s, To the poor of Woodford 12s, The rest of my goods to my daughter Mary Grytton, my executrix
