If my sons should die (which God forbid) then my land shall come to my brother John Thomas in Wales, & to my wife's brother in London John PRESTWOOD
For the lease of my estate which I hold of the King in Wales, I give to my old mother during her life & after to my 2 sons Edward & John. I give 10s for the carriage of my old mother into Wales & 5s in her purse to bear her charges thither. The rest to my wife Margaret my Executrix
