William made 14th Dec 1617.  My body to be buried in the parish church of Wappenham

To Mabell my daughter my house & land etc. in Wappenham. After the decease of Mabell, to return to the heirs of William NICHOLLS which were born to him by my daughter Jane his wife & after it befalls to him, to pay threescore pounds to all the children of all my daughters, namely, of my daughter Elsabeth, my daughter Susan, my daughter Marie & my daughter Rachell & my daughter Jane's children to be partakers of the threescore pounds abovesaid.

To my daughter Elizabeth KING one brown heifer etc.,  To my daughter Susan one yearling calf.  To my daughter Rachel one yearling calf.  To the church towards repairs 10s.  Unto Mistress BENBOWE 20s

To the poor of the parish 20s.  To the Ringers at my burial 6s.  All the rest to Katherine my wife, & Edwards Seares my brother, they to be joint executors

To my daughter Agnes 40s when 26 years.  To my daughter Ales £8 when 26 years .  To my son Thomas the fee simple of my new dwelling house being the Sign of the King's Arms after the decease of my wife Christian Warrick

To my youngest son Henry Warrick the house wherein Richard SMITH, musician, now dwelleth after the decease of my said wife Christian Warrick, my executrix

Overseer my loving friend John POWELL of Daventry to whom I give 6s 8d
