Thomas Hopkins of the Town of Northampton, gent. Will made 18th Dec 1619.  To be buried in the church of All Saints Northampton near unto the place where my father lieth buried.  To my daughter Anne Hopkins all my lands in Northampton & elsewhere after the death of my wife   [NB the end word/s cut off by poor filming]

Mentions a deed including "my brother Mr Laurence MANLEY and my brother Mr James Hopkins" & their heirs concerning a messuage or tenement wherein I now dwell & certain other things for the payment of debts for which John SANBROOK [SAUBROOK?] stands bond. The overplus to my said daughter.
