To Symon PICKMER, Alice Pickmer & Sara Pickmer the three children of Robert Pickmer, my son in law £8 to be divided

mentions an article of agreement dated 20th Sept in the 26th year of the reign of our late Sovereign Lady Queen Elizabeth, between me & Richard HALL of Sulgrave re a yard land in Farthingstone, a limited jointure to Agnes the now wife of my son & heir apparent Clement Eyre

To Thomas Eyre the son of the said Clement Eyre my black horse etc.

To Richard, Alice, & Elizabeth Eyre the other 3 children of the said Clement Eyre, each 5 sheep

To Thomas, Robert, Edward, Symon & Agnes Eyre the 5 children of my son George Eyre £25 to be divided between them

Overseers Edward ASHBY & Robert Pickmer, & to each 5s

To the children of my son George Eyre £15 divided between them when 16 years

To Joane Pickmer my daughter 20s
