To my son John my house & lands which I now dwell in etc & 2 cottage crofts at Whittlebury, that which Paul CLARKE dwelleth in I give to my daughter Jane Garner & that which William Clarke dwelleth in I give to my son Henry Garner, paying 10s apiece to my son John Garner
To widow LOVELL the house she now dwelleth in during her life & after to my son Gabriell Garner for a lease of 21 years and the land that she now hath with Perkins HOOK, paying the cheese rent unto John Garner, twice a year. To Simont [sic] Lovell my son in law 1 acre of barley & to my own children Gabriel, Henry & Jane 1 acre of barley. To John Garner son to my son John Garner the great brass pot & to Constance Garner my great pan, more I give unto Annis Garner & the rest of my children all my sheets. To all my grandchildren 12d apiece & to my grandchild William Lovell a half acre of wheat lying under "winmill hill" & to my daughter Alice Lovell my black cow. To the poor people of Silson 12d. The rest to my son John Garner
