To my loving wife Joan Barker a quarter of a yard land in East Haddon which I purchased of Sir William SAUNDERS & was parted from a quarter of a yard land which Thomas WRITE bought of the said Sir William Saunders.  To my son Henry Barker's 4 children, John, William Anne & Abigail Barker £20 to be divided equally when 21 years.  To my two daughters Elizabeth & Katherine Barker £40 apiece

To 20 of the poorest people in East Haddon 20 pecks of barley.  To my grandchild Elizabeth SHARPE 20s
