William Harris of Chipping Warden, husbandman. Will made 6th June 1628.  My body to be buried in the churchyard of Chipping Warden.  To the church of Chipping Warden 3s 4d, To the poor of Chipping Warden 4s to be bestowed in bread.  To my godchildren 1s apiece

To Thomas LINNELL [Lovell?] 1s.  To my daughter Joane Harris £40 etc [numerous items, including] "the lesser *gardner which was her mothers" .  I also give her half a yard land's crop that is in Parson's Row

My son George Harris to pay Joane this £40, & if he doesn't, then Joane to enter my house & half yard land in the Parsons Row.  All the rest to my son George Harris, my executor William Harris his mark

To my cousin Bartholomew Craddock, son of Robert Craddock, deceased, two yard lands with the crop of corn and grain upon it where William BUCKBY now dwelleth.  To my sister FISHER £20.  To my sister Craddock £10.  To my sister Fisher's children £10 apiece.  To my brother Clement JUDD's children (except Batholomew) £5 apiece.  To my cousin Richard Craddock of Nuneaton £5.  To my cousin John, Edmond & Robert Craddock sons of Robert Craddock, deceased £10 apiece
