Richard Sabin of West Farndon in the parish of Woodford, husbandman.  To be buried in the churchyard of Woodford.  To the repairing of the church of Woodford 3s 4d.  To the poor of West Farndon & Woodford 20s.  To the poor of Watford 20s.  To my brother Nicholas Sabin 6 sheep, my best coat but one & my best doublet & waistcoat.  To Nicholas SEATON the eldest son of my son in law Nicholas Seaton 20s when 21 years.  To Edward Seaton youngest son of the said Nicholas Seaton 20s when 21 years

To Anne Seaton daughter of the said Nicholas Seaton 20s paid at the day of her marriage.  To Alice FLECKNOWE of Helmdon £3.  To Clement Flecknowe her eldest son 12s when 21 years.  To Thomas Flecknowe youngest son of the said Alice 20s when 21 years

To Elizabeth Flecknoe [sic] daughter of the said Alice 20s at the day of her marriage.  To my eldest son Thomas Sabin 5s.  The residue to my youngest son William Sabin, my executor.

Robert Hickman of Wappenham, labourer. Will made 23 Jan 1627.  My body to be buried in the churchyard of Wappenham.  To Elizabeth my son Richard Hickman's daughter my biggest brass kettle.  To Alice Hickman my daughter one bedstead etc.

To Elizabeth Hickman my wife all the goods that are left etc.  My beloved son & daughter Richard & Alice Hickman to be my executors
