To my son Thomas Pratt all my land I bought of Robert FARROWE of Earls Barton, to enter when 21 years
To my son William Pratt £6 when 21 years
To my son John Pratt £6 when 21 years. Whereas my wife is thought to be with child. If a man child, then he to have £6 when 21 years. If a woman child then she to have £6 when 18 years
All the rest of my goods to my wife Ellen Pratt, my sole executor
