Mice are Nice
Songs
If
You Think Mice
Are Nice
(Tune:
If You're Happy and You Know It) |
Little Mice
(Tune: BINGO) |
If you think
mice are
nice clap your hands
(clap, clap)
If you think mice are
nice clap your hands,
(clap, clap)
They love to eat some cheese,
One little one just sneezed, (ACHOO)
If you think mice are nice clap your hands.

Little mice have tiny toes,
And
scamper to and fro,
Pat,
pat, patter here,
Pat,
pat, patter there,
Oh, my
please beware,
One jumped in my underwear!

Little Mice
(Tune: Jingle
Bells)
Words: B. Sarah Froehlich
Little mice, little mice,
With whiskers and long tails,
Watch them run from old Tom cat
Oops, one ran over his tail!
Little mice, little, mice
The cat is still asleep,
Hurry now and get that cheese,
But don't tickle him, he'll sneeze.

The Lion and the
Mouse
(Tune: Miss
Lucy Had a Baby)
A lion once was sleeping,
A mouse ran on hit paw
The lion quickly woke up,
And trapped him in his claw.
"I'll eat you!" said the lion,
"You'll make a tasty snack!"
"Don't eat me", begged the poor mouse
"Someday I'll pay you back!"
" Ha, Ha!" laughed the lion,
"That's as funny as can be.
You're much too small to help me.
But still I'll set you free.
It was a few days later,
The mouse heard someone cry,
He saw that it was the lion,
Trapped in a net nearby.
"Oh, help me." begged the lion
"A hunter has me trapped."
The mouse chewed on the net ropes,
Until the ropes had snapped.
The lion had his freedom,
And learned a lesson too.
The tiniest of creatures,
Can do big things for you.
