Review: There is no question about it, Proff. Ratigan is the cleverest, most unpredictable criminal of the London under-world. His plans are ingenious, and are almost unbreakable to the common man (or mouse). But Basil of Baker Street is most certainly not your common, everyday mouse! Every time Ratigan is just moments away from taking over London, or stealing the royal jewels, Basil is there to foil it. In his latest plan, Ratigan kidnaps Mr. Flabishum, a humble toy-maker, to help him to take over all of England, and this time around, he'll rid of Basil for good. Ratigan is, besides the Horned King, the best villain of the dreaded "dark age," in fact some might even say the "dark age" ended with him, but I wouldn't go that far. He's a good villain, with the help of the vocals by the delightfully wicked voice of the one and only Vincent Price.
