Nancy's Prayer
Group'' For the past several months, I have had a prayer request group of sorts. I started with just a few pen pals who sent messages asking for somebody to remembered in prayers. Then it got to be to the point that I was sending a lot of emails around to people and the idea hit me to form a prayer request group of sorts. I say of sorts, because it makes no difference what your personal religious beliefs are or aren't to participate. The way I do it is like this. If you have a person or family who you would like to be added to the prayer request list, just send me whatever information you feel is pertinent. Names are not necessary although most people like to have at least a first name. Nor is it necessary to give out particulars of what the person needs prayer for. I then take these requests and sometimes Joyous Updates and put them all together and send it out to the group members in a blind carbon message where nobody else's addresses are seen except mine. It is always headed with the words Prayer Requests in the subject line.

Below is a sample of a prayer request that was sent out recently. I don't have a list everyday, but simply send them at the end of the day if someone sends a request.
