      Andrew Jackson Hollingsworth

        Andrew Jackson Hollingsworth was the fifth child of Robert G. Hollingsworth and Martha Jane Dowdy. He was born on Feb.20, 1853 in Tennessee. He was a carpenter and a skilled craftsman.
        Andrew died in Clinton, Kentucky on Oct 23 1933.
        On August 30th 1876, he married Martha Ellen Shields, she was the daughter of Bill and Tammy Shields. She was born in 1852 and died Nov 27 1917, both are buried in Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Hickman County Ky.


        They had six children:

        Florence Hollingsworth, Born July 29, 1879, died Dec. 24 1900.

        Radie Hollingsworth, born Aug. 11 1882, died Dec 29 1939.

        Clarence E Hollingsworth, born Nov 20 1885, Died April 11 1971.

        Clara M Hollingsworth, Born Jan 22 1887, died April 13 1970.

        Ada Gertrude Hollingsworth, born Oct 16 1888, died June 3 1969.

        Albert Leornard Hollingsworth, born Feb 4, 1894, died Feb 25, 1966.

        Ada Gertrude Hollingsworth Married John Alvin May,( born Nov. 20 1886, died Aug. 27 1967) they were married Sept 19 1910.
        John Alvin May was the son of John Green May and Mary Jane Kee of Benton County Tenn.

        They had four children:

        Ruth Irene May, born Dec 25, 1911, died 1998.

        Mary Ruby May, born Sept 9, 1913.

        Martha Emma May, born Oct 22 1916.

        Eva Marie May, born May 19 1922.

        Martha Emma May married John Ralph Vick(born Dec 26 1912 in Victoria Mississippi and died Feb 11 1990, buried in Hickman County Ky) were married Oct 21 1933 in Steele Mo.
        John Ralph Vick was the son of John Franklin Vick and Evie Irene Hooks.

        They had four children:

        Charles Ralph Vick, born Oct 7 1934.

        John Wayne Vick, born Oct 22 1942.

        Martha Jeanne Vick, born Aug 31 1944.

        James Earl Vick, born march 28 1946.

        James Earl Vick married Donna Carol Jackson( born Nov 2 1946) on Aug. 19 1966 in Huntsville Alabama. Donna Carol Jackson was the daughter of Vester Jackson and Marie Hopkins of Clinton Ky.

        They had two children:

        Steven James Vick, born June 9 1967.

        John Allan Vick, Born Oct 8 1970.

        Steven James Vick married Leslie Kay Taylor( Nov. 2 1969) on Jan 26 1991, she is the daughter of Lester Taylor and Janice Snyder.
