William Hollingsworth was the fifth child of Isaac Hollingsworth and Elizabeth (Betty) Luper/Looper. He was born in 1855 in Tennessee.
Wm. married Martha Hatley on Jan.9, 1873 in Benton Co., TN by James Shurley, JP. Martha was born in 1851 in Tennessee to Mark & Nancy Hatley.
William Hollingsworth died between 1878-1879.
Wm. Hollingsworth & Martha Hatley had three children.
1. John Green Hollingsworth was born on Nov. 27, 1873 in Tennessee.
He married Trophenia Sykes on Dec.11, 1895 in Benton Co., TN by Thomas J. Lowery, JP.
John G. Hollingsworth died on Dec. 21, 1943, his burial was in the Chalkhill Cemetery in Benton Co., TN.
2. Nancy Hollingsworth was born in 1877 in Tennessee.Nothing further is known at this time.
3. Lula B. (Louisa) Hollingsworth was born in 1879 in Tennessee.
She married Lonnie J. Sykes & Lewis P. Browning.
Lula died on May 12, 1958, her burial was in the Chalkhill Cemetery in Benton Co., TN.
