Last night you looked in my
eyes,
but I quickly turned away.
For the first time
I was breathless without a word to say.
You touched my hand, and I
began to shake,
Suddenly being this closed
was much more than I am able to take.
I pulled away,
to clear my thoughts to try to speck.
But before I could
you reached out and pulled me closer,
as my knees grew weak.
I smiled gently, trying to
hide,
the volcano which was erupting inside.
My mind turned in
circles,
and I tried to figure it out,
what is all this I am feeling - about.
Why am I like this?
I question myself,
playing us over and over is my mind.
Because I am fallin' in love with you
is the only answer I could find.
