I love pictures of baby hands! A pegboard is good exercise for those little muscles in the hands. Sometimes he'll put pegs just along the perimeter of the board. When he's older he will be able to make designs on it. The pegs get us talking about colors. I've seen a similar board made in the fifties and it had a lake and roads painted on it. He liked that one better, but it's not easy to find toys from the fifties for cheap.
