THE BUYER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OF SALE

1) Under no circumstances will this Cat/Kitten be declawed, [DECLAWING IS ONLY DONE AS A LAST RESORT AT THE DISCRETION OF BREEDER/PURCHASER] sold, leased or given to any pet shop, broker, research laboratory or similar facility.

2) Adequate indoor sanitary facilities will be provided and this Cat/Kitten will not be allowed to roam outdoors.

3) If this Cat/Kitten is found to be neglected or in ill health for an unreasonable length of time, BUYER will surrender said animal unconditionally to the SELLER.

4) This Cat/Kitten is sold as pet quality and will not be used in a show ring or breeding program. This Cat/Kitten will be neutered/spayed by the time it is 6 months old unless the vet has a different time period for said Cat/Kitten. The SELLER will hold the papers until a copy of the spay/neuter certificate is received from the buyer

5) Should the BUYER for any reason decide this Cat/Kitten is no longer wanted it will be returned to the SELLER at no charge rather than left at an animal shelter or abandoned.

6) This Cat/Kitten was not purchased for resale to another person or business.

THE SELLER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OF SALE

1) That the above described animal is a purebred Cat/Kitten, registered with CCA, and or CFA and that the registration application will be given to the BUYER when the full sales price has been paid, if by check, when the check clears the bank, and when the conditions of sale have been met.

2) If, within 10 days of delivery the Cat/Kitten is found to be suffering from any physical defect, or to be in ill health when examined by a qualified veterinarian, the SELLER will upon receipt of a signed statement from the veterinarian, accept the return of the Cat/Kitten and return payment in full.

3) If, within 30 days for purchase, the BUYER should decide for any reason whatsoever (other than illness or physical defect) that he/she does not wish to keep this Cat/Kitten, the Cat/Kitten may be returned to the SELLER, upon certification by the SELLER’S veterinarian that the animal is in good health and has not suffered in any way from neglect, maltreatment or injury, the SELLER will return 50% of the purchase price. All transportation charges will be born by the BUYER

4) All health guarantees are null and void if the Cat/Kitten is allowed outside, resides with cats that go outside or spends time at a kennel or boarding facility. This cat/kitten will have a health guarantee for a period of 2 years for any genetic defaults [guarantee is for replacement only]
