1 cup shortening
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
4 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
1 pkg chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla
Cream shortening & sugar. Add eggs, beat until
fluffy. Add sour cream, mix well. Gradually add
flour, salt & soda. Mix well.
Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by heaping
teaspoons on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375°, 10 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
