1 can Eaglebrand sweetened canned milk 2 lemons Graham crackers-whole pack 9x12 pan -line bottom of pan with wax paper. -Squeeze juice out of 2 lemons; should be 1/2 cup of juice. -Take rind off of one lemon and grate it ,and add to lemon juice. -Add lemon juice to milk and stir until thick. -Take Graham crackers and divide into 3 equal piles.Take 1 pile of crackers and line bottom of 9x12 pan. Do not crumble. Lay them flat. -Take 1/2 of milk and lemon mixture and spread over Graham crackers. -Take second pile of Graham crackers and place on top of first layer.Take other half of lemon mixture and spread on top of this second layer of Graham crackers. Take last pile of Graham crackers and place on top of layers. -Make ordinary butter icing and add lemon flavouring to icing. -Refrigerate 24 hours. |
