Husband's Notes
Both Mr. and Mrs. Berry died in a buggy accident leaving Alpha, Loretta and George as orphans. Another account from Betty Hobson as told to her by Loretta Mae Berry has Mrs. Berry dying in child birth with George and Mr. Berry dying three months later in a mining accident. George was adopted early and was never heard from again.

Eaton; loving Grandmother of Judith Holloway, Loretta Thompson, Colleen, Brian and Kent Eaton; mother-in-law of Elwood O. Larson, Frank W. Thompson and Melvin E. Eaton. A native of Nevada, aged 76 years. Friends are respectfully invited to attend the services Tuesday January 31 at 1:00 P.M. in the Laurel Chapel of Albert Engel and Co., 3300 High Street, Oakland with the Reverand Jacob M. Bellig officiating. Inurnment private. (For further information please call 532- 6068). According to Death Certificate Loretta came to California in 1912 at the age of 22. She married at the age of 23.
