Husband's Notes
Came to Virginia in 1622, in 1624 resided in James City. In 1625 resided at plantations opposite on the south side. Settled in NorthamptonCounty and became a Lt. Colonel in militia. May have been a relation to Lord Deleware as used the same arms as he. 2

Notes for Child: John Lt-Col West
West, Lieutenant-Colonel John, of Northampton County, was the son of Anthony West, and was acontempory of Colonel John West of West Point. He married Matilda Scarburgh and had issue- Anthony, Alexander, John the eldest, Jonathon, and John the younger. 2
