Here's how to make Emblossed Text:

1. Type text, making sure Floating is not checked.

   

2. Erode (Image, Other, Erode). Do one Hot Wax Coating (Image, Other, Hot Wax Coating) with foreground color: R=10, G=27, B=88.

   

3. Embloss (Image, Other, Embloss) once.

   

4. The Drop Shadow (Image, Effects, Drop Shadow) helps this text look raised. Use these properties:
   • Color=Black
   • Opacity=100
   • Blur=.5
   • Both Offsets=1
