- They have birth and death records since 1908, marriage records since August 1936, and divorce records since January 1950. Call for costs and assistance. For marriage records, you can also check with the Probate Judge in the County where the license was issued. For divorce records, you can also check with the clerk or registrar of Court of Equity in the County where the divorce was granted.

- They have Alabama county probate records including birth certificates, deeds, death certificates, estates, marriage certificates, and wills, Alabama state records including Confederate veterans' records, militia records (includes Indian wars, War of 1812, Mexican War, and other pre-Civil War service), Revolutionary War records, Spanish-American War records, World War I records, federal land record indexes, state census records, other Alabama records, surname files or genealogical folders, maps, private manuscripts, newspapers on microfilm, family histories, federal records of Alabama residents, and confederate compiled service records index cards censuses from 1820 through 1920. If you have a very specific research question you can request information by mail for a $15.00 charge. For this fee, you will receive up to 10 copies and a direct citation of the source. If information is not located, you will receive a list of all sources searched and a list of suggested sources for additional research.
