- They have birth records since 1865, marriage and divorce records since June 1927, and death records since 1877. Call for costs. Also check the County where the event took place.

- They have a 7,000 volume collection of published materials for Florida and most Southeastern states, census records from 1830 to 1920 on microfilm, service records from the Revolutionary War, Indian Wars, and the Mexican War, confederate pension records, a compiled index of Civil War soldiers, vital records for the early 20th century, state census records from 1845-1945, maps, Spanish land grant records, tax records, cemetery records, militia records, state troops records, and national guard records.
