- They have birth records since October 1913, death records since 1946, marriage records since 1962, and divorce records since 1958. Call for current costs. For marriage records, you can also check with the Registrar of Deeds in the County where the marriage was performed. For divorce records, you can also check with the Clerk of the Superior Court where the divorce was granted.
