- They have birth and death records since 1904, and marriage and divorce records since January 1909. Call (402) 471-2871 for costs. For births previous to 1904, write the Bureau of Vital Statistics for more information. For marriage records, you can also check with the County Court in the County where the license was issued. For divorce records, you can also check with the Clerk of the District Court in the County where the divorce was granted.
