- They have birth, marriage, and death records since 1640, and divorce records since 1808. Call for costs. For births, death records, and marriage records, you can also check with the Town Clerk in the town where the event took place. For divorce records, you can also check with the Clerk of the Superior Court where the divorce was granted. You can also check in the County where the event took place.
