- They have birth records since December 1908, death records since 1936, marriage and divorce records since September 1949. Call for costs. For marriage records, you can also contact the Probate Judge in the county where the license was issued. For divorce records, you can also contact the Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas in the County where the divorce was granted. For births and deaths earlier than 1908, contact the Probate Court in the County where the event took place.
