- They have birth and death records since January 1903, marriage records since January 1906, and divorce records since 1925. Call for costs. For marriage records, you can also check with the County Clerk in the County where the license was issued. For divorce records, you can also check with the County Circuit Court Clerk in the County where the divorce was granted.

- They have birth and death records for events occurring in Portland between 1880 and 1903.

- They have death certificates from 1903-1943, probate records, naturalization records, land records, federal census records from 1850-1920, territorial census records from 1842-1905, rosters from Indian wars in the territory, Catholic church records, district, county, and Supreme court records, some marriage records, a marriage index from 1906-1992 with a 20 year gap from 1926-1946, poll books, voter abstracts, local histories, maps, and tax rolls from 1845-1900.
