  • They have birth and death records since 1905, and marriage and divorce records since 1978. Call for costs. For marriage records also check with the County Clerk in the County where the license was issued. For divorce records, also check with the County Clerk in the County where the divorce was granted.

  For births and deaths occurring between 1890 and 1904 in Salt Lake City or Ogden, contact the City Board of Health. For all other areas, write to the County Clerk in the County where the birth or death occurred.
