A note to Christopher Brian Wall
I do not understand what is going on sir, but I have NEVER turned my back on you. You are the one that got a burr under your britches and walked away. You are the one that said you were moving to Chicago.
I am still in the same house I have lived in for over 20 years. I have the same telephone number that I have had for over 20 years. So dont you go around telling anyone that I turned my back on you.
I have never denied you anything. Just like when you needed money on Dawns birthday, you sure could find me to get some money. I never told anyone that you were not welcome in my house. That you were never going to see a member of my family.
You have a unique memory. You remember that I called where you worked and when you answered the phone I said that I was Lee instead of dad. Christ what was I supposed to do? You needed to be notified and I hadnt heard from you, and didnt know how you felt about me. Hell you are the one that left with your mom and couldnt bother to call or talk to me.
You just need to remember one little thing sir, I treated you as good if not better than my own. I chose to take care of you. Now, I have turned my back on you?
That is your choice, but dont blame me for the fact that you are alone. You know where I live. You know my phone number. If you have forgotten that too, oh well, so be it. As I told your mother on the phone the other day, I am not going to chase you down and kiss your ass.
If you dont want to talk to me, fine. Just dont blame me for your life falling apart. You did that, all by yourself.
