Richard Burt: Master mariner of Southhampton Hampshire England, who sold a plantation in Old Perlican in 1717 as mentioned in the 1728 Burt Plantation Lease.
James Burt: Repurchased the aformentioned plantation in 1725 and permanetly settled in Old Perlican
