Milwaukee - this is a look at the downtown
Milwaukee from the lagoon on Lake Drive.
We lived right across from this street and
this is typically what we saw when we went
out for walk or a bike-ride.

Wisconsin

Wisconsin ranks 22nd in size among the states. It is bordered by Lake Superior on the north, the Upper Peninsula of Michigan on the northeast, Lake Michigan on the east, Illinois on the south, and Iowa and Minnesota on the west. Wisconsin entered the Union on May 29, 1848, as the 30th state.

Capital City: Madison


Madison - this is the capital of Wisconsin
state and has one of the best Universities
of the in the Midwest.
 

Mitchell Park Domes - experience a desert
oasis, a tropical jungle and special floral
garden inside these 3 domes in Milwaukee.
 

S.S. Badger - you can experience the
greatness of the great lake Michigan by
crossing the lake. You can take a four-hour
ferry ride with your car from Manitowoc,
Wisconsin to Ludington, Michigan.
 

Milwaukee Art Museum - the Calatrava
designed Quadracci Pavilion is a part of this
museum and has become a symbol of the
city.
 

Door County - this picturesque 75-mile long
peninsula is surrounded by the waters of
Green Bay on the west and Lake Michigan
on the east.
 

Lake Michigan - this vast lake is known as
an inland sea for it's sheer size.  This is a
view of the sunrise over the lake as seen
from our apartment in Milwaukee.
