This little oasis in the desert is a favorite with our family. A natural spring feeds a short stream, which feeds the little lake, which has various kinds of ducks, large gold fish (we spotted one as big as Christopher!), turtles (you can see one below), and smaller aquatic life. With a little walk-bridge to a small palm tree shaded island in the middle, it is a cheerful, peaceful, spot for picnickers. All this and a majestic mountain backdrop too!
