         Homer lived in Bandera. He moved to Sutton County in 1923. Homer and
         Lil moved to Kimble County, Texas in 1933.  Maggie, Lil's mother,
         lived with them some on the Paterson Ranch in Kimble County. Homer
         was a rancher until his health forced him to retire in 1983.

            discharge in 1954. Lived in Del Rio, Texas. Active in FFA, Lone
            Star Farmer Degree, Lions Club and Jaycees, Del Rio Chamber of
            Commerce, Democratic Chairman of John Connally for governor,
            Admiral in the Texas Navy. Lived Uvalde, Texas 1966. Active with
            Uvalde Youth Rodeo, other youth organizations as children grew up
            in Uvalde. Bought Ozona Wool & Mohair Co. 1973 with Vernon Jones,
            it operated until 1984. Bought Hagood Feed & Lumber (Kimble
            Hardware & Supply) in Junction, Texas 1976. Sold his accounting
            practice in Uvalde and moved to Junction, Cedar Creek Road, 1980.

            1E HOMER LEE MANSFIELD
               b. Aug. 20, 1958  Del Rio, Texas
               Homer attended school San Antonio, Uvalde 1977, attended
               Southwest Texas Junior College. He was active in Scouts,
               interest in Indians and Indian dance. Raised Angora Goats, age
               10, in 4H. 1976 won Uvalde Co. and District 13 reining
               championship and qualified for state 4H horse show in Amarillo,
               4th place in roping. Active in other 4H shows in Georgia,
               Houston. 1977 Uvalde Co. Gold Star Award, Agri-Business Award.
               Active in rodeo's. Became a welder while he was attending
               college. 1979 moved to Odessa, Texas, welding business. Lived
               in Pearsall, Texas. 1981 moved to Junction to help his parents
               with Kimble Hardware & Supply business. Homer enjoys outdoors,
               hunting.

               Sandra's parents were ranchers, LaPryor, Eagle Pass, Texas
               Dennis enjoyed Scouts, Indian dance, horses, hunting, fishing.
               He was a good roper at an early age. He enjoyed horse projects
               with Uvalde 4H, FFA.  His horses named Sugar and Tuffy. 1976
               State 4H horse show. 1977 & 1978 attended several 4H shows. He
               was Rodeo Club president in high school. State Rodeo finals
               1977, 1978. He received a rodeo scholarship to Southwest Texas
               Jr. College. He received an Associate in Applied Science Degree
               1980. Lived Uvalde, worked as a welder. 1982 Sandra and Dennis
               moved to Junction to work with his father at Kimble Hardware
               and Supply. Dennis enjoyed people, was a "happy person", always
               had a smile on his face.
