"TIPS FOR MOM'S"

* LOVE THAT MEDICINE...NOT...to get infants to
take medicine - put it in a nipple just before
they eat - a hungry baby will take it willingly
before they realize that you 'tricked' them!!

* SHAMPOO TEARS? - put Vaseline on child's
eyebrows before you wash their hair - shampoo
and suds will roll off sides not eyes!!

* EASY CLEAN PLACEMATS - use hand towel or tea
towel for child's placemat spills soak up quick
and can just toss in washer!

* BANDAID REMOVAL - put baby oil on cotton and
wipe it all along bandaid - will soften to slip off!

* BABY BOTTLES FRESH - use a paste of water and
baking soda to scrub with bottle brush - clean
and rinse well - will deodorize and keep them
  fresh!

* BABY WASH TIME - use a large plastic squeeze
bottle filled with water to rinse off baby - gets
   hard to reach areas too!!

* BOTTLES IN FRIDGE - use an old cardboard pop
or beer carton - the six pack type - keeps
  baby bottles upright in fridge!

* NO SLIP SOCKS - paint design or childs name on
sole of socks with dimensional fabric paint - the
  kind that puffs!

* PUZZLES - to keep puzzles organized - you can
colour code them - put dot of colour on back of
each piece and on corresponding box!

* TRAVELLING?? - Keep a dish soap bottle filled
with water and paper towels in car - will always
be able to wash sticky hands!!

* GUM IN HAIR - Apply ice to gum til hardened,
add peanut butter and rub out!

* CRAYON ON WALLS!? - Scrub with baby wipe!

* MATRESS SAVER! - Purchase an inexpensive shower curtain and place over matress under matress cover - saves stains on the matress and also makes middle of the night sheet changing less 'eventful'!
